Why We Plant a Tree for Every New Customer
Introduction
At Giles’ Eco Gardening Worcester, we believe that every business should do its part to protect the environment. That’s why we’ve partnered with Ecologi, a global organisation dedicated to tree planting and carbon reduction. For every new customer we serve, we plant a tree to help offset carbon emissions and contribute to global reforestation efforts.
Why Is Tree Planting Important?
Trees play a vital role in fighting climate change. They:
- Absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere, helping to reduce greenhouse gases.
- Improve air quality by filtering pollutants.
- Provide habitats for wildlife, supporting biodiversity.
- Reduce soil erosion and improve water retention in the environment.
By planting a tree for every new customer, we’re making a real impact—not just locally, but globally.
How Does Our Partnership with Ecologi Work?
Ecologi partners with tree-planting initiatives around the world to restore forests, combat desertification, and support sustainable livelihoods. Through this partnership, every new customer we serve directly contributes to:
✅ Tree planting in deforested areas.
✅ Carbon offsetting to balance emissions.
✅ Community-driven reforestation projects.
How Our Customers Help the Planet
Every time you choose Giles’ Eco Gardening Worcester, you’re not just improving your garden—you’re helping the planet. With every booking, a tree is planted, meaning your choice has long-lasting environmental benefits.
Other Ways We Stay Eco-Friendly
In addition to tree planting, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by:
- Using EGO battery-powered gardening tools instead of petrol-powered equipment.
- Recycling 100% of green waste to minimise landfill impact.
